For me it is annoying that Metacritic displays Metascores of critics so dominantly and makes userscores such 2nd class citizens on the site. While both measurements are not perfect for games particularly I often have the feeling the gaming press acts as an advertising arm for the gaming industry. So I and rather look at what the actual players think then what the press says.
This Extension tries to turn that around.
- Shows Usercores in places they are usually not shown
- Changes the opacity of all Metascores so the look dimmed
- Makes the Userscores look like Metascores without the rounded borders and floating numbers.
There are still many places in the site where only the Metascore is show that this extension not fixes.
