I will look into this for the next major version update to make this work as expected. You can make it work now with [iframe id="https://www.youtube.com/embed/live_stream?channel=UCpPFCLUjnX8GftTOgO95BkA" /] if you changed your shortcode for ifame on the options page it will be the one you set.
