Tried with all other plugins disabled: Yes

I’m using AMP for WP plugin which has a custom amp content editor. while using this I’m getting an error and can’t insert videos with Video (ARVE) button.
Uncaught Error: cannot call methods on dialog prior to initialization; attempted to call method ‘open’
 May be due to same id (arve-btn).

Have you reported this to them? Their plugin seems to duplicate the button. Because I am not outputting the button two times, or they have an ID coincidentally named arve-btn as well, but that is unlikely.
