Yes, we are inexperienced with facebook video embed and with a deep understanding of all ARVE options settings available . Yes, we have full success with ARVE and facebook video embed, thank you . No, we do not know where or when this pre-loading warning message began showing in the web-browser . Yes, we video recorded our computer screen to freeze frame the message to discover it’s exact wording (freeze frame image attached ~ nope, not allowed, upload permission unavailable ~ https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/18C9VAp5XDFvpsSI1PzlyCHd4Xq0mJicI?usp=sharing ) . Yes, we changed theme to WordPress 2017 and do experience the exact same output . Yes, we strongly suspect that no other plugin is responsible . Yes, we do include ‘[‘ and ‘]’ in the full and proper embed but pasting that full embed here gives 🙂

Edited comment

I cannot reproduce this, for me the video is loading fine. If you still have this problem its with facebook iframe embed. The error message is from facebooks embed not from ARVE directly.

Hello Nico,

Thank you for your, positive, feedback .

Just to put this storm in a tea cup to bed ~ Are you saying that you do not see the warning message before the, facebook, embedded video loads ? Or are you saying that you do see the warning message before the video loads But, in every case, it sure ain’t ARVE and it is facebook causing the warning message to flash ? Which then would make most sense and we are able to pursue the nitty gritty with facebook as we may choose .

Mean-time and for now,
Much appreciated . . much obliged . .
Yours sincerely,
Stuart .

I am saying I do not see any warning message at all. I am not sure how familar you are with what a iframe embed is but if facebook shows you error messages within the iframe its probably a facebook that has to do with location or servers or something. Did you try a regular facebook embed to compare? You speak of flash I am not sure when they serve it in flash rather then HTML5 but you could try to add disable_flash=”no” to allow flash as its blocked by default by ARVE maybe that will fix it.

Hello Nico,

And thank you for your, positive, confirmation that you see no such, briefly flashing, message at all .

We do appreciate the time you have used to trouble-shoot our thread-post and we will now pursue a lower priority remedy in our own good time with facebook, as we may choose .

Thank you for your interest and participation .

Mean-time and for now,
Much appreciated . . much obliged . .
