how can I fix the following problem (after an upgrade)?

Fatal error: Arrays are not allowed as constants in /web/htdocs/sitename/home/wp-content/plugins/advanced-responsive-video-embedder/advanced-responsive-video-embedder.php on line 29

You probably run on a VERY outdated version of PHP. You need PHP 5.6 or higher.

Thanks for your support! My PHP version was 5.5.38. Now I set a newer version
